Did u think to a contest? Something like: be the first to bring 10 new people and get $50? Or "who will bring more people by the 31 of December will get $50 directly into his PayPal account" it requires a little investment but can bring u a lot of new registrations!

You're conversion rate is nice! Good job on that. As far as getting more visitors to the site, I would focus on a blog and write good relevant content that your members would be interested in. Try starting out writing 1 blog post a week and build up from there after a few months. When you're writing the content just try to answer any questions that people might have related to your niche. If you get a chance maybe try reading Marcus Sheridan's free book from the sales lion. He goes in depth about what I'm talking about here..
