I doing seo for a new website (trafficyup). What are the best way to build link building these days? Please give your valuable advice.

I vote for building out your own private blog network. When done properly nothing beats it. It's not expensive but you need to be able to justify the time and cost.

 

I don't disagree, but this game is for heavy duty pros, especially now. I would not recommend this to amateurs or beginners asking basic questions about link building.

I would also add that creating truly viral content can achieve even better results, but a combo of the two approaches probably works best.

Forums, social media,and article postings sites are the best places to generate high quality links.
