How to Request for Reconsideration in Google Webmaster?

My site has been penalized few months ago. So I removed lot of links and disavow most of them. But I am not able to request for reconsideration.

According to Google Blog it should be here.
    https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/2604824
    View the Manual Action page:
    1. On the Webmaster Tools Dashboard, click Search Traffic.
    2. Click Manual Actions.
    3. Review any manual actions that are listed. Once you've addressed these problems, and are sure that your site follows the Webmaster Guidelines, click Request a review to ask Google to reconsider your site.
But in my webmaster account there is noting like request a review. Even I haven't receive any message on spam or etc.

Can any one suggest me better?

    Regards

How do you know your website has been penalized? What you saying works when website is completely de-indexed form google.

Few months back my website's 100 keywords were ranking under top 10 and now only 4-7 keywords are in top 10.
Website not de-indexed completely but valuable keywords (we worked lot for them) are out of search result but not de-indexed.
I never received a single message of mallware or spam. But still I think my website effect by one of penguin/panda update.

You have to established why your website has been penalized first to determine the necessary steps to take.

This is normal with Google. I am also experiencing the same for couple of websites.

You can only Request for Review in case your site is de-indexed. Request is for reconsidering to index site again. But this happens very rarely.

In your case, there is drop in rankings whatever be the reason. Wait for few weeks and work to improve your website. You will regain your rankings.

all the answers you received in this thread are wrong. Please note that you can request a review only when your website is manually penalized (not deindexed). Your website is algorithmic penalized so no review is required from google everything is algorithmic. Please disavow all the links you think are spam, and wait 3-4 month for another penguin refresh.

So there is no way for reconsideration request?
Only I've to wait for panda/penguin refreshment?

yes. you just need to wait. there are no point to ask a reconsideration request because google didn't take any manual action on your site. everything is algorithmic. just disavow the links you think are bad and you will be on the good route again. The trick is that google will not tell you which of them are bad...to avoid ranking manipulation. you need to figure it out.

Step 1: disavow the bad links
Step 2: do nothing...just wait the next penguin
    ----
if you will not recover after the Penguin refresh please see:
case a) you didn't disavow the bad links, there are still bad links
case b) you didn't waited the required amount of time. Usually it take up to 6 month for your disavow file to take effect. For example if you disavowed the bad links today and the Penguin refresh will be next month..you may not recover because Googlle didn't have the time to crawl all the links from the disavow file and nofollow them. wait for a next Penguin.

    hope this will help.

You are right. But seems you haven't read my thread.
Ho can you say that Google didn't take any manual action?
    Read this thread - https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/2604824

You can't file a reconsideration request for algorithm updates. You can only do so for manual unnatural link warnings.

The best thing to do is to remove as many toxic and low quality links as possible first, then use the disavow tool for those that you cannot remove.

As your links are recrawled and your sites backlink profile becomes natural again you will see your rankings start to recover. I recommend using a link removal service if you haven't had much luck. I tried removing links myself without any luck for a long time, then used a company to help and saw results.

if you remove the bad links and bad content (if exists) your website will recover in 3-4 weeks, I did already a recovery of one client site and it works just fine, just make sure bad links no exist anymore, if exists use google disavow tool.

If you don't have a note in webmaster tools you simple don't have a manual penalty, i.e. your site was effected by an algorithmic devaluation (Panda/Penguin/etc) and so you can't ask for reconsideration. You simply have to sort any issues and wait for next algo/filter update.

You have to wait for a Penguin or Panda update. You have been hit by an algorithm update and not a manual update. Only when you have been hit by a manual update you can ask for reconsideration of the site.

Plain and simple: that won't work. Spend your time watching a movie, enjoying a game or in a sunny beach.

No manual penalty means no way to file reconsideration request. Your best bet is to check your link profile and remove the links that are unnatural. If you were hit by penguin you will need to wait for the next refresh. Be sure though it was penguin as you can still see a drop in rankings from bad links outside of penguin in which case you can recover sooner.

The answer is right there but ignore the last sentence.
Google didn't take any manual action against your website so you can't submit the request...

Why everybody says that you have to fix some problems with your links???? maybe OP doesn't even have links to his website.
It's algorithmic change in the rankings so goolge algo thinks that other websites are better than yours so it pushed them up so you went down.

It's impossible to answer OP's question as we don't know the quality of his site content nor do we know his link profile.
One thing for certain is that you don't have any manual actions taken against you... not yet at least.
