Selling Wordpress Theme Shop Site making $600/mo, 5k pv/mo

no im not asking that.

im asking why are you selling it, while you can just borrow or make do for a while until the site itself makes the money you were going to make from the sale.

 

I don't want to borrow from friends or someone else if I can survive by myself.
And another point is that after 4 month work I am a little bored of it with spending so many hours without staying close with my family.
So I would sell it along with all other websites as well to get quick cash to relieve my current financial situation.
In a word, I will quit the role of webmaster.

 

Quick questions, who made the themes? Will they develop other themes? Are they giving support? What payment service do you accept that's safe both for buyer and seller?

I have hired 2 developers (most themes are from one of them) to create the themes and they provide general technical support but for major update or new features they charge fees.
I only accept verified Paypal, 50% upfront+ 50% after transfer.
