    Hello panki90, i can give you an example to of Forum Submission. Look, as you regularly post article/content on your website.. In forum submission you do post article on someone's forum of same niche, and do not forget to mention your backlink, Simply replying to other's post on HIGH PR forums can also enhance your website traffic, usually put them in your signature.

    If you are talking about forum backlinks, then I don't think that Forum submission is that much effective as it used to be. Thousands of backlinks from one domain with exact match keyword is not at all helpful. Currently seo success is dependent on how good you are in mixing backlink domains and anchor texts.

    Are you talking about Forum Profile links or a link in your signature? Both things are really different. But a forum profile link is a waste of time nowadays while if you take part in the discussions in a RELATED forum and post your link with a good SECONDARY keyword in your signature, your website could receive link juice and also a few targetted visitors! :)
