what Operating System do you have witout knowing your OS it is impossible to tell you precise tools to use
connecting to your server via telnet or SSH in shell use top top is for instant view of processes and CPU usage, etc or install "ntop" and use it in shell OR in browser for more details and graphical view of data there might be other tools around above are common tools in (all) most linux dists
I use both tools mentioned 10 years ago when I started my site - i knew NONE of them as well meantime i spent some 30'000+ hrs working and learning my job as site owner hence learn whatever you want or need to KNOW if your server has linux then your PC/laptop ALSO has linux to enable you to KNOW and learn your servers environment and tools take your linux - shell - offline or on server - type in top and see what it shows you man top tells you a little more but the display of is self-explaining since you seem to be a very early beginner there might be much more other things far more important to you than a beginner's site load other things like site security, SEO and HOWTO to GET traffic / load an empty site with a few visitors has no load to look at NOR worry about
i am not server owener to know all of this iam webmaster from 10 months only my Experience is not high one time i met site show load on server for sites but i not Remember that at the end thank u that my site http://www.paramegsoft.com if u can know this information thank u again
You should mention whether you are on shared/reseller or dedicated hosting if you have whm installed with root acess you can see from here http://Youriphere:2086/scripts2/showcpuusage Or just type top in ssh Saad
no need to be server owner to know this such is basic webmaster skills/knowledge just login by telnet or SSH to your remote web site and enter top to get the info all such tools are installed by webmaster top be used for whatever you want to do and know. site security is webmaster responsibility/liability only. additional daily/weekly/monthly data and traffic analysis are obtained from access_log file data processed by you or sometimes found on control panel provided by host btw your hosting network layeredtech.com is the origin of my today's most recent hacker attempt good luck with so little knowledge in such an environment
