I think Google did a pretty good job with google +, but personally, I like google hangout so much. It makes it so easy for me to chat with a lot of my friends and business partners

No doubt about that. Now its very useful specially Google+ Communities. Most Google+ communities are active and the moderators are very careful to avoid spamming with unrelated posts on communities. Compare to Facebook groups Google+ communities are less spam and if we really active on communities we can find our related professionals easily, can make friendship with them and chance to grow our business.
