I haven't seen any forums on a few things that I am into. I would like to find out if I can and how to start a new forum.

Do you mean start a new thread? Sure, you can start one if the topic is not already being discussed. The only rules I can think of are as long as it's in the correct section and some sections require you to be an establish member, such as B/S/T (three likes from three different established members).

    Take a look in: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/help/posting

A new sub-forum is only created when there are enough threads to justify creating it.

If your idea is to start a brand new forum, you'd best take it up with management by creating a thread here with your ideas. You'll get plenty of input both positive and negative. Hope to see a thread from you soon on this.

If his ideas are novel and inventive I'm sure Shawn would at least consider it, especially if lots of members were to agree with the OP.
