    Hello DPers,

If you've been building niche sites/micro blogs in the past or want to in the future, you'll probably also spend a good amount of time on creating all sorts of social profiles, setting up google authorship, filling out all profiles with good info and linking everything together and pointing back at your site.

If a service like that existed (setup social profiles, fill out with quality info, setup google authorship, link everything together), would you use it?

If so, what would it be worth to you?

Please vote in the poll at the top of this thread and leave your comments, thoughts, opinions etc.

    Thanks!

I would use it too, but the amount I'd be willing to pay would really depend on the quality of traffic and the conversions. Interesting idea J.Anderson.

Remember that you can't use dp to promote it if you do decide to go ahead.

I thought the days of spamming profile pages were over?

Traffic and conversions? This would be a service just for setting up the social profiles, google authorship and linking all together. It's pretty much just for having a more natural looking site (most sites have their own facebook pages, g+ business pages etc.) and it's an absolute must for authority sites.
If I create a salesthread in the marketplace I could surely use dp to promote? Anyway, that is not my intention, I'm just trying to gauge interest to see if people are actually interested in such a service. And this has absolutely nothing to do with spam or spamming profile pages, or forum profiles etc.

I would, profile and authorship is now important for your ranking. If such a service is available with affordable price, I am surely in.
    I think a price of $10 - $20 is okay.

It definitely is important for ranking, authority sites, local businesses and making everything looking natural. The problem is just that the way I do this takes about 2 hours to complete (includes 8 specific social sites, quality bio, picture, linking all together and authorship), so the pricing needs to make sense for me but also be at a point where people still want to go for it. Doesn't seem to be easy to find that spot, plus many people (apart from you and a few others) don't seem to get what kind of service I'm talking about. So probably not too much interest after all.

I am totally agree with you. It takes much time to make a good quality author profile. Your 2-hour record is impressive, it used to take me a day to complete my first one. This is not an easy task at all, so it does worth the money. Unfortunately, not so many people know how important it is, especially in later period.

Thanks for clarifying. I am focused on social media as a means to drive traffic and I think that clouded my perception when I ready your post. I still do think it's a good service and a great idea. Thanks. :)
