    I'm looking for popular, established, good traffic websites. Anything with a value of $10K+ will be considered. I'm particularly interested in communities, free service sites or sites generating revenue directly i.e. no AdSense etc.

    No spam, get rich quick, MySpace or general AdSense/CPM sites please.
