    I have a forum"www.impayl.com" & applied for google indexing. It has been rejected from the google. Now what would be the solution? anyone could help me out?

    I think that they meant rejected for AdSense, but your comment applies in both cases (spam is the problem with this site).

    OP, there seems to be no real content on your site. Read the AdSense policies and Google's Webmaster Guidelines, then make a site that complies with both.
