In 2013 where lots of Google's algorithms has taken place so, I just want to be sure that Social Bookmarking is still working and beneficial for us or not ???

 

Google loves social sites. Backlinking (via social bookmarking or any other means) is definitely still worthwhile. Just my opinion.
