    Ask yourself these questions:

    1. Is it contextual?
    2. Does it look like Adsense ads even though it might be using different colors?

If you can answer yes to any of those, then no. It will be in violation of the ToS.

I used it for a while but found CTR and CPC were very low though I'm sure it depends on what sort of site you have.

    http://www.kbcafe.com/adwords/?date=200510 says:
    ========================

I wanted to clear the air about whether Bidvertiser and Adsense ads may be displayed on the same page, so I sent an email to Adsense support and I got myself a positive response.

BidVertiser ads may be displayed on the same page as Google ads on your site.

Personally, I'm not a big fan of Bidvertiser. It seems I have dozens of bids on my ad space, paying as much as 65 cents per click, but my earnings per click are always about 6 cents per click, not very much.

My answer to question 2 would be a yes

I stil dont belive this Bidvertiser looks like a cheap copy of adsense!
may not be contextual but look like a adsense knock off!

I think NO .you can't put bid vertizer ads on the same page on which there is already google ads.apart from that you can put adbrite ads as up to my knowledge....can someone tell me about the exact meaning and funtion of contextual?

i think contextual is when the targeted ads are displayed by reading the conTEXT on your web page by bots or spiders etc!

    con·tex·tu·al Pronunciation (kn-tksch-l, kn-)
    adj.
Of, involving, or depending on a context

you can't use them on the same page.

Bidvertiser is CPC same as AdSense
Also Bidvertiser is trying to make their contextuals but they are failing because they don't have some much advertisers and their ads are not so relevant.

Dont put bidvertiser and adsense on the same page.

I dont think its against googles tos /policy to use cost per click
just Contextual ads and ads that bite google ads(look a likes)
    and bidvertiser is a lookaLike
