Why do you need popunders anyway? Is there big money in there? I think popunders drive away customers really fast so I'm not sure if you need a couple of cents per popup when people are terrified of your site?
edomz.com is well known ad network.. they mainly deal in popunders and even cpm-cpc.. Talking to support should help you a lot.
edomz.com is a good ad network for popunders. Their rates are much better than other networks i have tried and they always pay on time (y)
I think what rate we get it always depends on traffic quality we have, all network pay good rate only for good quality and this is something you should check with individual network and discuss what best you can get for your traffic Same network does not pay same rate to everyone they may pay good for good traffic and less for non converting traffic.
I mainly have Asian and American traffic.. for American traffic - it's around $4+ for Asian traffic it varies like 1 to 2$ . Still it's better than what others pay..
