Seeds & Nuts are high in both protein & fibre...Roasted sunflower kernels, walnuts, almonds are a good place to start.
For fiber, go for plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, high fiber cereals that aren't high in sugar - for example bran cereals; oatmeal, brown/wild rice, sweet potato, whole grain breads, whole grain and brown rice pastas, nuts, nut butter, etc. For protein: beans, eggs, cheese in moderation, cottage cheese, tofu, tempeh, tuna, salmon, etc. Hope this helps.
Thank you guys for your input. I'm actually working out a diet plan as well, so this will really help. I will take all your suggestions into consideration
Organic veggies and fruits have higher amount of vitamins. Non organic ones are full of pesticides that can damage your health.
