It won't have any impact if all the other feedback for your company is positive. Nobody will trust a company that has 100% good feedback, they'll think all the feedback is fake. This way, atleast your company looks real.

What do you mean by "google answer"?? Have I stepped back in time and you mean Google Answers? (It was closed in 2006.) Or do you mean a review? Instead of trying to delete it, respond to the complaint, fix what was wrong. Think of your customer. Don't think of just defending your company's honour as that is crappy customer service. Be less sensitive and more objective.

Research reputation management, but also spend some time reading about good customer service and how to convert every negative into a positive (rectify the problem and make the customer happy, learn from the mistake, etc).

Sometimes there will be malicious reviews and there isn't too much that can be done (don't try to argue with them, treat them the same as every customer), but those will be mostly insignificant when stood up against the rest.

Take a look around forums such as this one (for example in the services, sites and content creation sections) and you will see many examples of customer service/communication (both good and the absolutely diabolical) by companies that offer their services through here (or just end up being posted about because they are an internet company).

sarahk is absolutely right. All perfect reviews does seem odd, but then so does reviews that just go from one extreme to another (either all 5/5 or 1/5 - it makes me think the good reviews are fake).

@Ryan google answers has really been closed? and To the OP it is impossible to remove since opinions are based on just that and you would have to prove what was said is not true beyond a shadow of a doubt which is highly time consuming. Just ignore it and if your really a good company then the word of how good you are will far outweigh the bad :)
