Does this site violates Google Adsense T&C

I have found a website allowing android apps illegal download which have adsense enabled. My first question is that how this site got approved? Second, why not banned yet? Do I report this to Google? As I am really jealous of him making money with illegal work, don't you think this is not fare?

How do you know that Google approved it?
If it violates the ToS, then report it.

 

The website is showing Google ads from many months and I don't think they are using someone's ad code. I mean how Google can be so careless regarding these website which are earning illegally like a boos.

They could have easily been approved with a legit and compliant site. After ANYONE gets an account, you can use it on other sites. Google does not have to approve those sites, but it is your responsibility to only use it on guideline complaint sites.
Do you think Google has the resources to check every site that adsense is on?

If the site is not compliant, report it!

 

How do you know the site is illegal? did you hear gist from others about the site allowing illegal download?

 

Thanks I didn't know about that facility of Google since never had my fully approved adsense account. If I will report they will ban immediately or leave them with a warning?

 

Actually, they are providing download for paid apps which is illegal. And also Google doesn't allow sites to allow any app download whether it is free or paid rather the site can link to app's Google play page.

 

They will warm him....to remove all the download link and start something different. They warned me before

 

And a question hit mind my mind. If I plan to create a file directory site will Google gonna approve it if the site links to developer download server instead of download page? And can the description can be copied and use in the site as is. Or do we need to write it on our own.

 

no google will not approve it,anything that has to do with download is not allowed

This is how i got approved,i have two site. One about education and the other about file download. I used the education website for google ads. A site about education get approved fast by Google,then i went to my ads account and add the download site. So i used one approved account for two site,as long as your ad sense account is approved you can add your ads to unlimited site. So they warned me to remove ads from the download site or start something new. So i started something new. Now i don't deal with download anymore,see xbizy dot com. When i was sharing downloads like movie,i used to get lot of VISITORs really.

 

Actually, I am talking about a pretty different site from yours. Your site provides illegal movies download, btw what is your site link?

 

Not only movie then,even you can download software and apps for phones. After they warned me i removed every download link. My site link is xbizy dot com,its about travel information.

 

Don't like to point out that had your other site complied they wouldn't have sent you a warning. Your post is misleading to others. You fail to mention when saying "you can add your ads to unlimited site" that they all need to comply with adsense TOS and website quality guidelines, or they warn you off (Like happened to you) or just ban you. Simple stuff really.
