I used to submit directory services to get back links for my blogs. I also practiced article submission on some sites. I think all they provide is very small amount of visitors and no-follow back links. So, let me know what's the techniques you guys use to get more do-follow backlinks to improve PR of your blogs?
I don't think there really is an easy way anymore other than maybe social bookmarking and social networks. For all types of linking you'll have to start with great content.
hi, Most of the time i uses social media to get back links for my site, because social media has turned himself into more powerful option for link builders.
Great content or using guest posting is a great way to start. If you can afford it, buying links from a private blog network also works great and can be quite easy. My clients just send the anchor text and the URL they want the link for. I write the articles and take care of everything
yes, but if you are new to this field. experts can easily creates best back links with minimal effort.
It's not always true that gaining the best thing in the easiest way is not effective. Rather, knowing the appropriate technique to do so is a great credit.
True, atsad - If I can get a good link without much trouble, I'd go for it every time! That's what working smarter is all about Most of us should probably spend less time reading emails and sales pages, and more time on getting that extra one contextual, high page rank, do follow backlink. (Though, of course it should be mixed in with a bunch of non--anchor-text, no follow backlinks especially these days ) Working smarter and staying focused is the key – even for more advanced marketers: many of them say so! That's why I build private blog networks using expired domains. I get all the backlinks that I need, I control them, and the quality of the content and the link injection method that I use. It's really just guest posting, and I control all sides of the equation. It may not be the easiest method when you consider the time involved (or the expense), but the process will scale, it works consistently (effective) and I get the backlinks coming with the expired domain. It works for me.
guest posts, post trading with another blog, press releases, social media, and so many other options. get creative! the internet is all about sharing information and connecting
If you talk about easiest, then these are only two ways to get back links (which you mentioned), and this is why don't get what you expect out of such links. IMHO, Easiest can never be the best not even good, so if you need good, your efforts should be accordingly, you might even need to spend some money on these things. Hire some good writers and ask them to guest blog, I guess, this is only way to get quality backlinks
Sounds like a good method Nick. May not be the cheapest around but as you say you retain complete control. Nice. Malc
The best way is to build a plugin for WordPress and implement your Back link into it It spreads automatically......if your plugin is Awesome!
