I think both of them is worst, Its good to be go with small company who really cares his costumers instead of those big corporates
Haven't really looked around, but 250,000 inodes is very standard in this industry for shared hosting accounts. We offer 250k for example, and don't stop the backups at 100k like HG does. Most companies don't stop backing up your files at 100k inodes. That's just bad service, I'm afraid.
Anything but Hostgator since the new owners took over, It has been a Disaster. They are focusing more on small website and try to get rid of any website that has a lot of traffic. Because of them we lost thousand of dollars in Advertisement revenue. We are hoping to start a law suite. Looking for other victims to join. We already started talking to an attorney here in Oklahoma City.
Hostgator has become crap over the years but i'd still choose it over Godaddy when it comes to hosting. Godaddy does not have ion cube installed and if your a hosting provider or using a script that depends on it. Your out of luck.
What are the quality measures on which our friends are referring GoDaddy for good webHosting? Elaborate.
GoDaddy and HostGator both are good, Web Hosting with GoDaddy is some expensive than others. So you can opt GoDaddy for Domain name and Hostgator for Web Hosting.
Yes, Pam! You are right about the GoDaddy, it is some expensive than the other Web hosting Service provider. But their service and support are also better.
You seems to be lucky not affected by the new owner of HG. Have many friends complained about their support lately.
im using hostgator from last 1 year and never fac any problem, so im saying to everyone, try hostgator....!!!
