I have been learning PHP and I have built a website as a practice tool. I would like it to be a local thing, basically a Yelp for web agencies, freelancers. What do you think - shall I kill it or launch it? Here it is: http://reviewawebagency.com. I basically do not want to spend anymore time on it if it does not solve any problem for users. This is not an advert rather a genuine opinion quest. Thanks
Yes, it's a good idea, but the site needs some work. For example, resize your browser to see what happens at different screen sizes (as it go from large to small). User Experience is very important for this site and it can't have any mistakes in terms of design itself. I don't mean just making it look pretty, but the HTML and site behaviour in general (start fresh and ditch that bootstrap junk). Check the HTML section here and read posts by people such as @deathshadow and @wiicker95 (along with many other smart people). You will learn a lot (I sure have and keep doing so).
Thanks guys so far - for the positive feedback. @ryan_uk, I definitely have a redesign in mind, cheers
Social networking icons on top can be made more compaq. Logo and domain name should reflect each other.
Hi Migarich, I think you should invest at least as much time as you spent creating it. Give it a go and see what happens. The top-right area is too much cluttered in my opinion.
This is good get this website page ranked about PR/3 or PR/4 then it will be very good. do seo , book marking and socially advertise it on facebook, twitter and youtube as well. this will help you.
