    Not to trash your thread but you can't base your wished sale price on how many links you could sell on a site. Yes, I could sell 100 links at $20 each per month but that is not the point and this cannot be a basis for finding a price.

    The only rocksolid and legitimate basis to find a price is the revenue the site is making per month. A month's revenue would then be multiplied by 6, 12, 18, 24 depending on how established the website is and how long given website has earned the monthly amount steadily.

    As you said you made with your website $154.93 with Adsense in the last 12 months and $6 with Chitika all you can ask would be $160.93 based on the revenue. The domain itself would maybe be worth $30-$50. The fact it's a PR6 would push the value up a little but not dramatically since a PR brings no additional traffic or something. 3,700 visitors per month is really nothing someone would jump in joy from his chair.

    So mentioned all this I'd base the price no more than $230.

    This might sound harsh to you but I'm brutally honest. What counts is the revenue and not PR or that one could sell so and so many links.
