    I have www.duidismissed.com that has about 1k pages as well as a database of 20k lawyers. We have a adsense program where we sell the sites for $195 and we guarantee that the site will make at least $100 per month for the first two months or you get a full refund and you get to keep the site. We take payment via paypal so you know you can get your money back (they will let you dispute a payment up to 45 days.

    The site has over 1k pages. It has some good content about DUI's and has a separate page for each of the top 1k largest cities in the US with a H1 header for each city for SEO reasons. Here are a few examples.

    I have done this on some construction related sites in the past and after a few months I started getting a ton of traffic from google. It is hard to rank in the big cites with but 1k different cities only the top 100 of so are competitive so that leaves 100's of cities that the site will rank for. There is not a lot of searches for each city but when you are ranked in the top 10 for 400 or 500 of those terms you still end up getting a lot of traffic.

    The site includes a mailing list of about 900k lawyers and what we will do is send 1k emails a day to lawyers offering advertising on the site. this generates some good revenues because the lawyers visit the site to check it out (a small number of them) and then some end up clicking an ad.

    The DUI terms pay hugh pay per click cost. If you go to the google adwords keyword tool you will see that some terms like "phoenix dui attorney" pay over $100 per click and there are many many cities that are very high like that. Starting bid is $40 and buy now is $195.

    Sorry I fixed it. I had added some code to stop the site from redirecting from www to the root. Digitalpoint will not let you post a site that redirects from the www to the root domain name which needs to be fixed.

    It is starting to get a little traffic and revenue now but the site is new. As indicated in the ad above if someone buys it for the buy now I will drive traffic to the site till the site has earned your investment back and some profit. We use a lot of email marketing (to lawyers) to drive traffic. It is none spam.

    But without any traffic or income, 40-45$ is very high, and buy now price is $195. You want it for the potential of the website. But the potential is not important if there is no traffic or income, otherwise there is lots of words which has cpc like +150$, then we can also built a new website and wait for hits. It has also a ''potential'' I mean If I would purchase a website, I want to see the hits not the potential; as I said if the potential is the topic, then there is other websites which have ''more potential'' then this one yu know. :) Thanks anyway...

    So you think $40 or $45 is high. Would you build a site with a database with 20k lawyers, get me a mailing list with 900k lawyers email addresses, built a separate page for each of the 1k largest cities in the US, and write some unique content for the site, you buy the domain name as well. If you will build me a site like that for $40 I will gladly buy it.

    I have been in this business since 1998 and I know how to make money in this business not just build websites. If you just want something for nothing this is not it.

    It does meet all of google terms and conditions. Right now we do not charge lawyers to advertise on the site.
