I created something and am planning to list it in the Marketplace in about a week. I just have to make its packaging. Anyway, it's about 470 MB. On the form to list the product you can add a file up to 7 MB. Is it ok if I just add a Word file with its actual download link? Thanks!
Yeah that's fine... Although better to do text file since people might not have Word. Btw - what is it that it's so huge?
It's a peanut butter & jelly sandwich. I had a professional photo taken (bought exclusive rights) of a slice of bread smeared with peanut butter. Then I went in Photoshop and made grape jelly characters. Every slice of bread is 1600x1600. Each piece of bread has an individual letter, character, or symbol. That way my customers can arrange and write out whatever message they want using P B & J sandwiches. It's sort of like a kit...It includes the PSD's too. I thought it could go in design?
You guys are so nice. I was surprised people liked that post. I'm also working on a sales page for it. I made this ad, it's kind of busy though...
Impressive work and good posts are to be liked here that's why like button is under every post About this ad image it's nice, but don't you think text is not very readable ? Just my point of view
One thing to consider is that any text in the image isn't going to be searchable by Google or on this site. https://forums.digitalpoint.com/threads/how-to-not-sell-digital-goods.2635078/
Oh sure, I didn't mean to make it sound like I was only going to post one picture and hope for sales. It will have text too.
its just funny the way you answered the question of "what is it thats so big" with "It's a peanut butter & jelly sandwich." and well all know that images arent normally that big, so seeing as this is over 400mb, this was my first thoughts that it was something like this: But its a great and very interesting and unique product that you are selling, I am certain you will have success with it.
Thank you. That's a cool picture, did you create that? Shawn, I need some help... I'm trying to list it. Every time I hit save it says I have an invalid value. I've tried changing my numbers. Here's what I have right now:
nope, i stole that pretty pic from google, its in the upcoming movie "cloudy with a chance of meatballs". did you try having it blank for "upgrade price"?
Thank you! It works now!! https://marketplace.digitalpoint.com/peanut-butter-jelly-messages.2053/item
Yeah sorry... was my fault. Yesterday I added support for people to sell reseller licenses to stuff, and it was requiring a valid selection for that, but forgot it could also be no selection for that.
