I wasn't able to find a definitive match on a picture anywhere but I think it could be close enough but I'm not a DR!

I think the best thing to do is to go to your doctor and get that checked up. Or ask anyone in the health/medical field.

It's my hand and the picture looks almost identical to what it looks like now.

It is a bit swollen so it is uncomfortable to type

At a guess, and by the look of it, as its about the same sort of texture all over I'd say it's likely it came on quickly, pointing to an allergic reaction or a bite of some sort, maybe some insect bites, or allergy to a chemical.... at a guess
