I got this website started on May 16th and ever since it is fetching me good money, 45 USd on an average for a new site is not bad.
However, I don't mind giving it away to invest in more of such sites.

It has all unique articles related to this niche. All organic traffic and people visit this site mainly to find Oil Change Coupons, particularly Meineke. Even otherwise people visit this with generic keywords like "Oil Change Coupons"

One can even get some Engine related products and setup e-Commerce on this site. This is a very highly optimized site in this niche. Do let me know if interested.

Just because there is more sites out there violating copyright laws does not mean you are safe. Maybe you are and nothing will happen. Maybe someone on Meineke's marketing team will see one of these mini sites and hire a lawyer to go after every site out there that uses their brand name in their URL and sue them. You never know, but my rule of thumb is to stay away from brand names.

I am assuming you are kind of new to this, so here's some of my advice. Your asking price is WAY too high. You will never sell this site at that price. Ever. On average, I pay around 8x monthly earnings for an adsense site, and in your case 21x8 = $168

However, your site IS NOT worth 8x monthly revenue, because it is too new and does not have an established earning history. Also, there is no advanced design elements or functionality that would make the webfiles worth anything more, all you have here is an orange black wordpress theme that is barely even modified. The last thing that could potentially provide value is the domain name itself, but in this case it is worth <reg fee due to the blatant copyright violation.

I think you will be extremely lucky to get near $100 for this site, its more worth $40 to $60 IMO. If that is too low for you, you should probably keep it and build up the earnings more, get more content on there related to oil changes or something, and then try to flip it. I don't know many successful flippers that sell sites within their first year of existence, let alone the first month.

I have a site listed elsewhere that has been earning $60 - $80/mo steadily for 18 months and my BIN is just a little more than your current asking price at $350. It has custom framework in php that is far more secure than wordpress.. and Oh it also doesn't violate any copyrights.

You need to get a little more realistic with your expectations if you ever want to succeed in the online game.
