Need help to remove india from top locations ?

    hi i have just setup a rental site for property's, it is a automated script that i used to install.. right the problem is location.. i have a box on the site that says India and world.... i need to some how remove India and world i have deleted it from install.sql but it hasn't made any difference can anyone suggest how would i go about removing it ?
