    The foremost influencing factor to rank high in Google is submitting the website to the directories.There are 2 categories paid and the free.Which is the best?

    It really depends.. Generally most FREE directories will auto-approve and take anything.. Most are NOT managed, most contain a lot of crap and as such become deeply discounted by SE's as a result. Generally most PAID directories are managed, well maintained and better indexed/organized.

    There are some bad Paid directories and bad Free ones, but for the most part, I would say that more often than not the Paid directories are far superior to the vast majority of FREE ones.

    I only submit the directories on the fee directory websites and paid directories are very expensive. Free directories take lot of take time to approve but very effective directories.

    Money makes the Mare to go. If this is true then it hold good for almost everything in this world. Paid submissions have all their advantages and are considered really juicy.

    I submit my article to Article Directories by 100% free, But I am not native English , so I bought article from native English or from member DP here.below are the list the best Article Directories, but I always posted in ; EzineArticles.com and GoArticles.com, but you can submit the articles to the others

    Pagerank has not been updated in more then half a year. Moz domain authority gives more dependable result.

    I'm seeing more and more people using the MOZ authority numbers instead of Google toolbar PR. I think its a better indicator too. The only issue is most average web users have no idea what it is.

    Google PR are not existent. Domain Authority, Page Authority, Trust flow , Citation Flow are then new indicators.
    Directories in a similar fashion are for old days. I would say DMOZ and Yahoo perhaps mean something. Rest are probably just backlinks with little or no impact to ranking.
