Bug No option to reply in Conversation

    Today someone had started new conversation with me but I didn't found editor which is always available in every conversation so I want to know how it is possinble?
    I had seen there is option of Lock conversation when you start new one but I didn't found any Lock symbol in that conversation as we can easily recognized Locked thread from that icon.
    Is it some type of bug? or Akismet effect?

    PS: The person who had started conversation is non established Indian member with less than 10 post.

    This doesn't make any difference, I did start conversation with a member having zero post count.

    I had also started another conversation with that user but it make difference when that other person start conversation. Akismet is highly effective for Indian users :p
    Tell that person who had 0 post I bet he is not able to start one. Here is one complaining about it

    they only reason i can think of is, in his contact detail settings he might have unchecked accept conversation from...
    or he might have selected
    Accept conversations from... "People You follow Only...."

    When you start a conversation, there's an option you can use to make it so no one can reply.

    ya that is Lock conversation option but if he had ticked it then there should be Lock symbol shown above conversation (That I believe) as we can see if any thread is locked like this https://forums.digitalpoint.com/threads/new-thread-in-contest.2685214/
    but there is nothing :(

    Okis so issue resolved and it's my Request/Suggestion if it is easy to implement and not using lot of server resources then please implement it for conversation (Just like thread) so no one got confused in future like me :)
