    Hello everyone,

    So, I am making a good amount of money from AdSense. I have a minecraft niche website. Can you guys tell me if I am Violating adsense TOS ? Is it possible to get ban (my website's niche) ?

    My Website: minecrafteon.com (not an advert)

    I don't know, just asking :) To be sure that everything is ok with my website. I don't wan to be at risk and get banned from adsense because I have some sites (100% legal sites) that makes me a pretty good amount of "Gold" :)

    It's not Adsense that you should be worried about. You should be more worried about whether it violates the terms of Mojang, the company responsible for developing the game Minecraft. Be sure that you're obeying their terms as well since you are providing modifications to their product and distributing them. I noticed that they are not being sold, but given away for free. But, the legal issues I'm not sure about is copyrights. Be sure that you're allowed to distribute what you have on your website. In regards to Adsense itself, I don't see any rules that you would be violating.

    Thank you for your reply. No, I am not violating Mojang TOS because this mods and texture packs are created by different people who are not affiliated with mojang. It is legal.

    As an active member in the community, you should know to be polite to those who have questions. He may have already read the TOS. That doesn't necessarily mean he understood them completely. In many cases, TOS documents are not very clear on what content they allow and what they do not allow.

    I think that you are totally fine with that site, unless you are distributing those mods and packs without the authorization of their creators.
