I have a linklist of different sites like
Web2.0, PHPFox, Dolphin, Plone, Moodle, Drupal,Joomla,ELGG, MediaWiki, WikkaWiki, Directories
    Microblogs, Pligg etc.

Is there any tool by which I am able to check/ identify which url is in which platform?
I will be grateful if anybody can tell me any tool for bulk check of website platform or cms.

Download an addon for Firefox called "FireBug". If you are familiar with those kind of websites like how Joomla has extensions like module/template/bluetemplate and wordpress has extensions like wp-content/contentdoc.php. You will be able to see through it with Firebug. Give it a shot.
