Harmful, how? Yes, you could probably meet some issues regarding Youtube and their limit on embedding, but you'll have to embed quite a few videos - and, of course, you'll need to provide proper credit and links to original content. But I still don't see how this is harmful. Are you talking about SEO and such, and eventual negative ratings etc. in regards to Google placement? Given that you'll never be able to compete with Youtube anyhow, and there aren't that many good video sites out there... it all depends on what you're doing, or trying to do.

Thanks for your time and suggestion, if my bot embed youtube views to my site then it will get duplicate content and its harmful in google seo point of view.

But if I download youtube video manually and upload to my site with written unique content in that case would youtube objects my site or any harms in google seo?

You are not allowed to download and re-upload Youtube-videos to host on your own server, as far as I know. That would be a breach of the EULA, if I remember correctly. As for the Google SEO, embedded videos won't be harmful - you can even, if you want, make a nofollow-attribute on them, so as to not boost Youtube with the embed-links, albeit that is not really kosher in any way.

Embedded videos won't affect your content or SEO ranking directly (SEO ranking being one of the most BS buzzwords the last 5 years, mind). What WILL affect your SEO ranking is the content of your page, how many people/sites link to your content, how many unique users you have, the HTML code present on the page, etc.

Frankly speaking, if your main objective of the page is hosting embedded Youtube-videos, then the page won't have much use (unless it's somehow placed somewhere where Youtube isn't readily available, in which case it might actually be a service people will use - given, of course, that you'll be able to keep your page open).

They can't track it if you download and reupload, that is true. However, it will be possible to compare hashes of the videos unless you alter the uploaded video file.

However, this practice is both highly unethical and illegal, and not recommended.
