I found a site http://adsenseapproval.net/ they claim that they provide fully approved Adsense account. I never ever trust these kind of site but this one looks different what do you say guys?
They mentioned that "There are also reports from some webmaster forums that google does not accept some niches such as "earn money","tech blogs""

Well they have stopped ordering now but may start again. Do you guys know what they must be doing to get the fully approved adsense?

For adsense why you need an agent.
    Just register yourself on site.

Make a website worthy of being approved. Work on the content before trying to monetize it. If you do pay for an account google will most likely find out and stiff you when it comes time to pay.

Dont stop working on the site. Site looks good in desing and navigation.
But are all your content unique and fresh? I mean these are copied from somewhere?

You should post minimum 15-20 unique posts and delete the copied one and than apply.

Nothing copied from anywhere and some unique posts too. I also used to do regular plagiarism check 100% original content. Also many times posted in here about it but everybody says no problem at all with your site.

What makes you think if google haven't approved your site when you applied yourself that they will approve it when someone else applies for you??
It's not something personal against you, it's because the site does not comply with their guidelines, simple as that.
There are millions of tech sites out there, choose another niche.

EDIT...when i visit your site i just get a white page with "error" written on it

Yes I realized it already that tech sites are not approved that easily. I don't know what is the problem with that site I never open it. I am planing to build a different niche website but little confused.

Now the website is working fine

Ok well the few points google consider are

    Your age should be >18
Site should have Privacy policy, T&C, About us and contact page.
Do you have them and also how many visitors are coming from google?

Well if they can do what I can't I don't mind to pay them too if they are using white hat methods and the account doesn't get banned. Why will it get banned I have an account they will just help me approve it. I just got tired of this now reading their TOS and I checked many times my site doesn't violate their TOS but still they keep rejecting it. Many of my friends got their tech site approved but why they can't approve mine NO ONE KNOWS IT.

The 3rd party will apply for an adsense account via youtube, you can do it yourself and it easier that way.

You say the content is unique but I would disagree, for example your review of a book app...

...is just slightly reworded from the app page on Google Play, you're offering nothing new or useful, that's the problem.
