Dont get Scammed with Domaining.in :(:(

Here the point i took links from this offer - http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=154113 and iam being charged 5$/month per link
Now whats the deal when the link is removed without notifying and we are being charged every month.Subscription is on from Oct. 6, 2006

Not that iam losing all my assets because of this single link , but there should be some system for this, since this was a subscription i cannot find when the link was removed, if it was for a month listing i would have contacted via PM.
But this sucks, this way he can think twice before removing the links.

This is really bad.
I see that the guy (smub) had been online today.

As in my opinion you deserve to get back whole of the amount that you have paid so far.
This wasn't a good deal/business on his part

Errm, I think it's a missunderstanding somewhere.

 

I would have not come to know till i saw todays subscription payments and randomly found that this link was missing.

So the links were removed within a day and we are been paying every month

Yes its smub's name.

 

Syed Balkhi is a good guy as far as i know. He is great at designing phpld templates.

So who is the culprit then???? The other guy whom he sold the links to?

 

Just contact the new and previous owner. The previous owner should have canceled subscriptions. I hate paypal subscriptions.

 

AFAIK, he had sold all his sites and business closed due to personal reasons.

 

So in short we are scammed from 3months and are loosing money

 

Well i for one have really stopped buying featured links or should i say
am now more careful when adding links. As i seen that 1 website i had added 4
featured links in was sold a few days later like nothing happened.
Are they still their ??? dont know

I am happy I never submitted sites to domaining.in. I would say some directory owner is not that responsible. You can file dispute on paypal for sure!

 

SJM211 is the new owner during the sale everything was discussed and he was suppose to contact every person for talking about continuing further business. As of paypal, if you send me your paypal dates which sent me the money, i'll refund them asap. Sorry that these new owners don't do what they are suppose too.

The point is not of the $ , but when you know you sold the site , how were you still charging everyone.
