Theme Creating

    Does anybody know of windows free ware that allows you to turn HTML files into Wordpress templates, or build Wordpress templates from scratch?

    Take a look at Artisteer it's not free but pretty cheap and you can build wordpress themes on the fly very quickly

    type on google learn 30 days to learn html and css

    and you could spend some days and you could create your own theme without worrying about finding a software.

    I know html and css, but not how to convert it to a wordpress theme :(

    it's good if you know html and css. Then you need to learn wordpress and you'll be able to convert html to wordpress
