I paid Gladiatus $80 for some graphics design work. He was not able to deliver on time. I have asked him to provide a refund on Saturday at 8:35 PM CST. He replied saying he would refund me at 4:37 AM CST yesterday. Yesterday at 10:07 PM CST I asked him to refund me within 24 hours. I will give him until tonight at 10 PM CST to provide the refund and then I will create a dispute with PayPal.
This user has not responded to my dispute on PayPal. I will escalate the dispute tomorrow if he does not respond.
