Thanks ever so much, what I would advise anyone building a site is to build it using wordpress and a fully responsive theme. Not sure your site was made on wordpress though.

If you use Drupal, you can buy very professional looking themes, just like wordpress.
If I was you, I would consider using a retina ready, responsive theme for your site.
Retina Ready means that the details on the site are perfectly smooth even when zoomed right in on an ipad or iphone, and responsive means that all the images and layout automatically adjust to the screen size that people are viewing your site on.

I think over the next few years that mobile phones and tablets will completely dwarf PC users so the importance of having a responsive website will increase exponentially over time.
