Iwebtool is a prediction tool. It's not very accurate at all. I would not deny it as it's a tool. It can be helpful.

Well regardless the iwebtool really in my experience is not only inaccurate but is overwhemlingly WAY too generous. I think that's why so many webmasters us it.

Its hard to say as its not set in stone.. But taking last update as an example.

The update was End Sept and alot of webmasters think that the cut-off date was sometime in July.
