I am not able to do it for Godaddy (though the currency of payment is INR).

Let me know if anyone of you have ever had success with it?

If not domains, have you ever been able to purchase anything from your SBI VCC ?

It wont work with godaddy if u are using INR as payment currency. Change the currency and try again.

SBI VCC are for domestic payouts i.e just National Payments, while you require International VCC for payments.. try out Kotak VCC

Godaddy allows us to pay in INR, so we do not need an international CC. Its just that I cant pay using a SBI VCC. I can pay the same using net banking though. So, I just wanted to inquire if anyone here has successfully used these SBI VCCs anywhere, not Godaddy per se.

You cannot make International payment through your SBI VCC. It's only for domestic purpose.

We are to suppose to pay in INR and we can pay using SBI net banking (in INR). SO, how then does it become and international payment. If it is deemed as international payment, then even SBI net banking shouldn't work, isn't it ?

SBI has very crappy service; even their credit cards don't work everywhere so I wouldn't hold my breath for their VCC.
