Google not recognizing site by URL

I have entered http://www.smacex.com and google is not even recognizing by its url.
Any suggestions please?

- Check your website given access to crawl or not
- Check robots.txt file
- Submit sitemap at webmaster tools
- Use webmaster tools to know about index status

If above all you did properly surely your website will be index, wait for till google index.

Every thing is working fine from our end. But my question is why Google is showing 404 error while viewing cache, whereas the site has cached on 21st September. And how much time google will take to index this.

According to me, your website was crawled on 19th sept, I can't see any 404 errors. Crawling frequency depends on multiple factors like PageRank, links to a site, parameters in URL etc, hence the frequency is different for individual websites.
