I can not add payoneer Us Payment Service to Paypal...Need help..

Hi Guys,

I found several post about withdrawing paypal fund to Payoneer Debit Card.
I have payoneer Card and also activated "US Payment Service"

I try to add bank account to my Paypal and Use my US Payment service from payoneer
But I got error and failed.... Can not add bank account at this time..

I don't know why ...
May be some one here know about this...

I use Payoneer via freelancing site. I have no issue what so ever though.My Paypal was linked at one go.In the beginning Paypal had some issues but that was temporary. I hope you have a verified Paypal account. This can cause some conflict if you have non verified account. Contact Paypal customer service via email or phone. If you call them the issue gets resolved sooner.

 

I have active payoneer card and a us payment service active as well, and using it paypal account as well without any problem and getting withdrawal to my bank and payoneer card from paypal as well. There must be some technical issue, you should contact with paypal about that.

 

I also had this problem, contact technical support, and quickly solved the problem.

I am based in Dubai and I want to use the Paypal Pro (not the Paypal standard), but as you know you are not allowed unless you are based or have account in US,UK or Canada.

Would it work if I register in the Payoneer card?

Yes paypal is not accepting to link with payoneer card.

 

Can you response here please, Paypal stop supporting payoneer bank accounts, they are not allowing to add payoneer debit cards to paypal now, people got trouble to payout money from paypal to Payoneer Bank accounts, what to do now ?

same problem with me .. My first card was working with PayPal .. i asked Payoneer to send me new card so they sent .. then when i tried to add it .. same error .. have someone got solution for it ?

i am a Ghanaian who resides in US with an online business and has relocated back home. i had a payoneer account for about three months, without any hitch until recently that was told by payoneer they can no longer support me. Because i violated rule5 of their terms and conditions for the US payment service. and thus cancelled and returned all funds due me from my partners. i inquired which acts constituted those violations but i have not been told. Kindly let me know what they are and how to re-instate my account....John

I think the issue is that you're trying to add a Payoneer card to Paypal. I linked Payoneer's Bank of America account (not the card), and just got my last payment a few minutes ago. I've never tried to link my actual Payoneer card to Paypal, however.
