You can reject every single one of my details, and you still might want to face you have some very serious problems with your forum. I would currently never consider telling someone I care about that "DP is a great forum!" Why?: Well what happens if my real-world friends do join your community? Arrogant A^sholes and idiot kids can leave them rude 'private' feedback full of swear words, and filthy insults (I am not refering to any current incident). While a mod may sometimes remove the swear words (about 25% chance in my experience), the chicken Sh^t anonymous negative points still count. This is not something I would want people I care about to experience. Why not put some effort into improving the feedback system? How hard would it be to automate 'discounting' or reversing BS anonymous negative feedback (the feedback form could include an option to be anonymous or identified)? Too hard?? Well maybe it's worth the effort when the overall experience at your forum is so often affected by arrogant a^sholes and idiot kids. I have other helpful ideas, but will enjoy using them elsewhere. Good Bye.
Well you can still not check your reps... I am sure you didn't sign up at the forum only to get green reps. Anyway good bye, and good luck with your ideas
With an even more modest effort, *you* can click into your User CP and then click the button next to "XX point(s) total " [Green round button here] "Problem" solved.
Great answer, @ OP, Seriously dont you hear those kind of words in real life. Dont you deal with them everyday? Will you leave your life if someone says some ********** kind of word to you in real life . Dont you feel bad but still have to move on with your life. If thats where the world could stop i would be dead by now
In a forum like DP where there are people from all around the globe and varied thinking you are bound to have a few bad words flying around - but why worry if your posts are worthy you will soon outweigh the bad reps and remarks - or else just ignore the rep comments as Tops suggested - (rep box) its only a small rectangular box with a few comments thats all cheer up matey - share your better moments instead of the bad ones..
