I quite like hack domains, but find the market is limited. Bad for memorability/word-of-mouth, quite specific, so you need to find someone who likes it and fits with their business plan. Or find a relevant company and sell it as an URL shortening domain (for use on social media and in marketing, for example). Sometimes it can be better to develop such a domain, establish a brand and then sell it.
