    By the way, does anyone have a tracking script that track clicks(ip, ad format, destination url), even when I have multimple ads on a page?

    I have one but it record the ad format only for the first block of ads.

    Aha and i will add one tip:
    DO NOT add you site any traffic exchange services like autosurfs,manual surfs,PTC,PTR or anything GPT.
    I think link exchange and banner exchange are allowed(But not sure)

    Many have cited adsense tos violations as the reason for all the account bannings.
    In my opinion,that is not always the case.I personally know two people who got their account banned because some unknown people from China clicked on their advts in their site.It is time for all including google to find a way to stop such instances.I request members in this forum to contribute their knowledge to come out with a way so that we can protect our account.As all of us are aware of the
    efforts each one has to put to make a site get decent traffic.If adsense is
    banning our accounts senselessly for no fault of ours,the efforts we put in building a site becomes useless.We will always be in the fear of our account ban
    because of some crook clicking advts on our site.Moreover,since adsense is also looking at impressions,looking at our own site becomes risky.Some one please post here how we can prevent to see advts in our own sites when we open them.

    At the present time, every account is at risk. Google can pull out the plug and we are history. I hope that in the near future Google come come up with a warning system (for EACH person not for some only) before banning accounts. It will give the proper time for the publisher to find out what is going on and do what needs to be done.

    This is taken from the Adsense Help Center. I also received this as a response to an email inquiry about viewing my site I sent to Adsense a few months back:

    =====================================
    We take the issue of invalid clicks and page impressions very seriously. As a result, we have a dedicated team of specialists, as well as automated systems, to flag and review any unusual activity. Simply viewing your pages yourself will not jeopardize your good standing in the AdSense program - however, please continue to avoid clicking on any ads, and don't reload your pages excessively.
    =====================================

    What G means by "don't reload your pages excessively" is anyone's guess but they appear to be saying that they allow and are lenient on publisher-generated page views. I did some massive rework on all of my sites in August and September (many hundreds of page views). Google hasn't contacted me about it and I continue to receive my checks every month.

    Have I got this right?
    It seems crazy that if somone wants to have his competition's adsense account suspended, that all they have to do is use a proxy to hide thier IP, and go on a clicking spree.

    It is out of the account holders control.
    I can see, not getting paid for the clicks, but to get banned :-((

    Agreed. Especially if a site has been running AdSense for months without problems and suddenly there are invalid clicks, always contact the web master first and give them a chance to explain or figure out the problem rather than an immediate ban.

    At least discount the invalid clicks rather than banning the entire account. Surely it makes sense not to cut off a site that has been generating valid clicks for months and is likely to grow and make more money for the site and Google in the future.

    Some people seem to think if you're banned it must be your fault and you're just dishonest... that might be the case for some but not all. I was using AdSense happily for months and didn't try to cheat the system and suddenly one day I was banned. Like most people, I'd heard about wrongly banned accounts but never thought it would happen to me.

    So my tip for AdSense users, especially those who use it as their main income.. don't totally rely on one advertising system such as AdSense to support you or your site when it can so easily be taken away from you, whether you're an honest publisher or not.

    Is there a way to prevent multiple clicks from one IP.
    I tried adlogger and it didn't work.

    Is there a simpler code like this? Something I can write near the Google Adsene script?

    If you think that someone caused invalid clicks (for example by seeing a much higher CTR than what you are used to seeing) send AdSense support a mail and you're fine. If you alert them, they won't think that YOU caused those clicks.
