hello I want to know the reasons for sites swinging!! is that naturally to every site! or happen just with me !! I have worked seo on 2 sites every site has 2 weeks of continues swinging
I believe he means 'dancing'. Which is when your site is on page 2 and drops to page 4 and jumps back to the top of page 2. Yeah, that happens with every site.

2 days and it came back? That's just a dance. A rather annoying dance. But a dance. If it disappears from the SERPs and doesn't come back, that can either mean you have been penalized or sandboxed.
Yes this is natural and it almost happens to every new site. Next probably may come what they call Google sandbox effect and in this case the new sites almost disappear (or pushed too far) in rankings for couple of months.
Well I have a different opinion. I am sure you must be optimizing your web site on a regular basis. So it might be the negative and positive impact of your work which is making your site swing. What i suggest you is that do analyze that and then take a step forward.
