Yes, the campaign is live and working until you are out of money. You can create unlimited number of campaigns in our bidding system. To activate them a deposit is necessary. The minimum deposit is $50.

In the settings you can choose groups of countries for your ads to be shown. You can also specify keywords.

We offer XML-feeds, text, display, landing pages.

Yes, you can buy traffic in the bidding system with a fixed bid. The minimum bid is $0.0005. Only you should remember that with such bid it can be difficult to buy good traffic in large volumes. So, it's better to increase the bid to get better traffic and in larger volumes.

I think the CPC is more important. Just some stats:
CPC day 1: $0.009507
CPC (part of) day 2: $$0.000557

Worse than their CPC is the fact that their links are blocked by Avast (URL:Mal)
BTW no matter what search term you use, results are totally unrelated. Every time at least two of them are drugs (Viagra and Klonopin).
