Moneybookers (Skrill) is not a fraud company at all. I have made many withdrawals from them without any issue. There are variation in fees. It depends on your bank. Some Bank charge more than others. You should contact your Bank for fee statement. No good contacting Skrill. Study about the transaction fee of your bank.
I think 2 weeks is enough to respond to a query. They haven't even told me that they are enquiring about how it happened or it is taken by the bank as their charges. If they took more money from you other than the fees mentioned in their fees page, it is your duty to contact them. If they didn't respond to your several queries, then it is clear that they are fraud, because a professional company can't keep mum when their customers created a ticket and also this question is regarding money.
1. They didn't took more fees than they mention. Where they promise to deposit in INR? Though, Their policy to offer INR do not make any sense. 2. This professional company answer all queries. Recently I asked them about Skrill Mastercard. They answered me that Skrill card can't be issued to Indian residents to comply with Indian regulations. Now you won't believe that too. Even paypal(US company) took few days to reply.
Here are my answers to your questions. 1) I am not remembering the exact amount. If they promised to credit INR.8000 in my account, I got only INR.6000. 2) I know that they will respond within 48hours to all our queries. I have asked them some doubts about account verification and they helped me on time. But for this question they didn't respond to my 2 different tickets created at a gap of 2 weeks. So be ware of them. You will loose it one day and see several people have the same complaint here. I also thought that they are not a fraud company and I also wont believe this story if it happens to somebody else as I trusted them that much. Once my banker adviced me not to allow card number and cvv number to be stored anywhere as they cant do anything if some money is taken from my account. But I told them this is a highly trusted UK based company that follows the strict UK regulations and now I regret about it. I'm not concerned about the money that I lost, but how they are cheating their customers and I dont want to happen this to anybody else.
I never said you are lying about fees you paid. You may not see high unusual fees if you choose USD for your MB.
If it is a fee, then it must be applied every time. You see that screenshot. It is clear that they took their fees. Also if there is a fee like that, then why it was not applied for a withdrawal before 2 weeks and also they can respond to my query that it is their fees. I've only one question that if their fee is 20%, then do you think anybody will use their service. It is their tactics of taking INR.2k from several people so that they will get a big sum. You will understand what I mean when you also come in the same situation.
I found the reason years ago. I saw deposit in USD from neteller in my online HDFC netbanking statement(I withdrew in INR neteller). Then, I changed currency to USD of both neteller and MB. After that, they are fine like paypal.
Their fault is that they don't explain the situation when customers ask them about INR withdrawals unusual fees. I am using MB because I instantly receive funds from betonmarkets to my MB.
