how do i get back links?

    Hello can anyone please tell me the best way to get loads of back links for my site?

    i have my site advertised in a few peoples signature, i have brought some links, and i have had a article about my site, submitted to article sites!

    can any1 help me any further please?

    Any advise would be greatfull!
