    Is it exactly possible to find what people are searching on Google? Any free or paid tools to help out. Google tool helps to find the keywords , not what people are searching on Google.

    I think it will better for you to use Google Adwords Keyword Planner to research for number of people searching for each keyword. This tool will gives you a better result for people searching for keyword.
