    I have confronted this (well likely) dude once back in September. He was threatning my friend with a so-called C&D letter. The best thing to do here is to tell this guy to buzz off since we really can't do much about it.

    Second of all, just ignore the moron or cc him when you report him to the FBI for impersonating an FBI agent.

    They`re hosted in USA and it means you can send OFFICIAL reports to: hosting company, domain registrar, anti-spam organizations, online crime reporting organizations, FBI. If you play right, you can kill his hosting easily.

    Make sure you send him a copy of report email :D
