Question about Google Crawling

I posted this in the wrong section before. I'm fairly new to SEO. When I put my site through SEOQuake, I took a look through the density report, it brought up something funny. A 2-word keyword phrase is repeated throughout the homepage (and other pages) that is not an intended keyword. One word is an intended keyword, but the other no. The thing is, SEOQuake has determined this to be the primary keyword, because on some pages, it occurs at 30% density! Yikes. So, if SEOQuake has determined this to be a primary keyword, will Google make the same assumption?

Also, this keyword is mainly present in a complex-ish, sidebar drop down menu.

    Thanks!!!

Ignore SEOQuake data. A script cannot determine readable two word phrases, it only pairs two words together.

So, what can I put my trust in then? What tools are out there to use that are effective and give some useable data to launch marketing strategies off of?

Use Google data (Google Anaytics and Google Webmaster Tools).
